With Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot issuing a video appeal in favour of Mallikarjun Kharge in the upcoming Congress presidential election, underdog Shashi Tharoor has alleged violation of code of conduct and shot off a complaint to the party's poll authority. AICC poll authority chairman Madhusudan Mistry had issued detailed 'do's and don'ts', barring organisational post holders from campaigning for any of the candidates.
